Consultants under this plan are delivered opportunities that give them ample scope for applying their technical capabilities and talent, and upgrade their leadership management skills. They get to work and lead teams on cutting edge projects on technologies like Java, J2EE, .NET, ASP.NET, VB, Websphere, Weblogic etc. across platforms like Solaris, Microsoft, Linux etc.

Compensation Plan Benefits

Consultants under the CAMO Direct Plan become our direct clients and enjoy a stable job with the added benefit of working for assignments of their choice. The compensation will be defined by the actual work hours put in by the consultants.

Depending on the specializations and proficiency, consultants can choose from a wide range of projects on emerging technologies like JAVA, J2EE, JavaBeans, EJB, JSP, Struts, JNI, .NET, Websphere, Weblogic, C, C++, VC++, Visual Basic, JAVA Swing, Sun One, ASP.NET, Vignette, ActiveX and database systems like Oracle and Informix etc.

  • Compensation up to 78%: IT consultants under the CAMO Direct Plan are compensated up to 78% of the billing in LCA Base salary, Vacation, Bench and Immigration related Legal Expenses.
  • Customized Compensation: This feature entails that consultants earning above $75/ hr. will be offered customized compensation, as applicable to the case.
  • Medical and Health Benefits: In compliance with the prevailing industry laws, we provide IT consultants, under this plan, with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Plan and Life Insurance, for self and family.
  • Business Expense Reimbursement: Consultants under this plan are deployed to various assignments. In instances where they incur business expenses, during the assignment, the consultants are entitled to receive reimbursements for the expenditure undertaken.
