Compensation upto 78%: Consultants under the easy Plan are entitled to receive upto 78% of the compensation. This includes billing in LCA Base salary, Vacation, Bench and Immigration-related legal expenses.
Medical and Health Benefits: In compliance with the prevailing industry laws, we provide IT consultants with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Plan and Life Insurance, for self and family.
Business Expense Reimbursement: We deploy our consultants to work for client’s projects. In instances where they incur business expenses, during the assignment, we take the onus of reimbursing the costs.
